Important information for some people who preordered a Collector's Edition of Destroy All Humans 2!: Reprobed

Dear customer of Destroy all Humans 2 – Second Coming Edition in Europe 
At this stage, we have some good and slightly inconvenient news for you 
The slightly inconvenient part: 
Unfortunately, we might be facing a brief delay on the delivery of your Destroy all Humans 2 – Second Coming Edition in Europe for all platforms (PC, PS5, XS) and in US for XSS|X only. The ship with our beloved statues was delayed by more than 6 weeks. 
The (we hope) good news part: 
The good news is that everything has been assembled (the game and all its content) and has been sent out to our retail partners all over Europe. Our partners will send it to you or their stores as fast as possible. Some of you will get it in time, but some will have to wait for a few more days. We can’t tell you how long exactly this will take, as it depends on where you are in Europe and how fast your shop/outlet/retailer acts. 
BUT – we know you are our biggest fans and that you can’t wait any longer and want to play the Game on the Releaseday. So we decided to make that possible for you as we are very sorry that your big fan package might not be with you on the Release Day. Please contact our support to get a key so that you can jump into the game right away on release day. 
If you want to get a code to start playing right away, this is what you need to do: 
From August 29th, if your package didn’t arrive, you can contact our Support Team via mail address. 
Please provide the following information when sending the mail: 

  • Mail subject: Destroy All Humans! 2 Second Coming Edition – Key request
  • Message: 
    • describe the situation 
    • add your full name
    • add game platform for which you need the activation number (key).
    • attach to the  mail (as picture or screenshot) the confirmation of the purchase/order* 

*The proof of purchase can consist from: 

  • either receipt with your name


  • order confirmation with your name AND a screenshot of your credit card payment (e.g. you can find that in your Amazon account under “my payments/transactions”) 

It is important that the proof of purchase reveals the performed purchase/order of the game. 
Once all the criteria are met, our support team will provide to you a key in the shortest time possible.
