Sofia, Bulgaria / Vienna, Austria, June 28th, 2023: In Jagged Alliance 3, you take command of an eclectic group of fighters, brought together as a rag-tag force to liberate Grand Chien. Motivated primarily by their desire to earn money (after all, they are mercenaries), it's crucial to pay them promptly, or they'll simply quit. Naturally, the more experienced and skilled a mercenary is, the higher their asking price.

Your task is to assemble the perfect team(s) for your mission. Each mercenary possesses their own unique personality, strengths, weaknesses, and powerful special abilities. By carefully considering these factors, you'll gain an advantage both on the battlefield and in the strategic aspects of your campaign. Some mercenaries excel as leaders, training militia soldiers with exceptional efficiency, while others are skilled medics or mechanics, completing crucial tasks swiftly and effectively.

Lastly, it's important to note that mercenaries interact with each other. Personal preferences and animosities can influence their performance. Therefore, it's wise to be cautious when assigning them together, as it may lead to unfavorable outcomes.
